Job Description:-
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Provide health coaching and education to patients on proper nutrition and dietary habits
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement dietary interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' nutritional status and identify any deficiencies or imbalances
- Provide guidance on tube feeding and other specialized nutrition therapies
- Document patient interactions, progress, and recommendations in medical records
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Strong knowledge of human physiology and the impact of nutrition on health
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized meal plans
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques for assessing nutritional status
- Knowledge of various dietary interventions for different health conditions
- Experience with tube feeding and other specialized nutrition therapies is a plus
